Opportunity Overview – Labour Supply Framework
KISL is excited to announce a unique opportunity within its Rail division to collaborate through our Labour Supply Framework. This initiative is designed to streamline the supply chain, foster stronger supplier partnerships, and provide enhanced opportunities for selected vendors.
By optimising workforce management, we aim to improve service quality, efficiency, and safety across critical operational disciplines. We aim to establish a streamlined network of Tier One and Tier Two suppliers, carefully selected to provide comprehensive UK-wide coverage for third-party labour across all key disciplines. This approach will consolidate our current supply chain of over 40 suppliers into a focused group of strategic partners.

The Labour Supply Framework encompasses a wide range of disciplines essential for the seamless operation of our Rail Projects. These disciplines include but are not limited to:

All applicants will be notified of the outcome by Friday 24th January 2025, with feedback provided to all participants. Successful suppliers will receive an Invitation to Tender on Monday 27th January 2025, with two weeks allocated for completion and submission.
