The following applies to all recruitment agencies and head hunters that send CVs or profiles of candidates, whether directly or indirectly, to any individual working for or on behalf of Keltbray Infrastructure Services (KISL), or to any of its sites or offices, whether via post, email, LinkedIn and any other method of communication.

KISL only accepts CVs and profiles of candidates from its preferred list of suppliers and only where KISL has instructed the services from you in writing. In all other circumstances, any candidate information submitted to KISL will not have been deemed to have been introduced by you to KISL. You will not be able to claim that you were the original introducer should a candidate be employed by KISL at a future date and therefore no fee in respect of the candidate will be payable by KISL.
