About

Our aim is to work in partnership with the client in the design, management, installation and commissioning of Control and Protection systems, meeting the high expectations of today’s marketplace.

Within the engineering and construction business, IDEC recognises that profitability and safety depend critically on delivering quality engineering, proficient resource use, and timely and efficient work completion.

KISL-IDEC has the technical ability and in-depth knowledge to provide integrated control systems for either HV Protection or Control System Integration. This involves combining plant control with state-of-the-art “intelligent” relay systems, which provide communications and process control, load control, load shedding, tariff optimisation, generator control, and automatic supply restoration.

Our engineers have designed, built, and commissioned most functional types of protection and system integration control schemes and are conversant with the major manufacturers of hardware and operating systems.

Our commitment is to identify the need accurately, provide our customers with the most flexible and cost-effective solution, and give full account of existing control systems and future expansion possibilities.

As a complement to the above, we have fully equipped workshops and test facilities for assembling Control Panels, MCCs, and HV Protection Panels, together with programming and configuring PLC, RTUs, and SCADA systems.
